Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Policy
By submitting a loan request or requesting pre-approval with Premier Title Loans, you consent to providing written authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This authorization allows Premier Title Loans, as well as any lenders or brokers involved in processing your request, to obtain and review your consumer credit report, credit score, and other relevant information from one or more consumer reporting agencies.
This information is used to provide lending quotes, determine eligibility for pre-approval, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and make lending-related decisions. You understand that lenders and partners may review your credit information to determine whether to approve a loan, the loan amount, applicable terms, or other conditions.
You also agree that Premier Title Loans and its service providers may utilize third-party services to collect, access, and verify information about you.
Pre-approval offers, if provided, are not a guarantee of loan approval. Final loan approval is subject to additional verification, underwriting requirements, vehicle valuation, and state laws.
If your application is denied or if credit information is used in whole or in part to make an adverse decision (including offering different terms), you will be notified in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You have the right to obtain a free copy of your consumer report from the reporting agency used in the decision and to dispute any inaccuracies or incomplete information directly with the consumer reporting agency.
